“The host was very responsive and attentive. Everything was laid out with what we needed. Clean towels, spare blankets and very comfortable beds. The property where we were located had nice amenities and was close to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans, oven mitts and the carpet. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. ”

For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent.……

“Lovely home for a peaceful, quiet beachfront getaway. I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The beach access is close and the porch has some amazing views of the ocean. We also had a person in a wheelchair and walker and the elevator was a great addition. ”

“We had a great stay at The Kooler. The daytime beach views were amazing and even better at night for star gazing. We saw several shooting stars! The house was very clean and cozy; a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or for a family with kids. We would definitely rent again. ”
