“Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. “We stayed here while our son played in cooperstown This location was only a 25 min drive to all star village where our baseball games were played. We loved the open yard area where we were able to drink coffee while watching birds and deer play in the mornings all while listening to the creek. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood. With just a very short drive to the water fall where we had a quick dip in the falls all to ourselves. The locals were so friendly and gave us inside spots to……

“The property was perfect for our needs. We were two families who had kids playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park, so we were off-property much of the time. However, when we were there, we were able to take care of all that the property had to offer (pond for fishing, grill for cooking dinner, open space for wiffle ball, etc.) in a relaxing, serene environment. Our hosts made sure we had everything we needed prior to arriving and during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze. We'd gladly stay again……

“Great old farmhouse 5 minutes from Dreams Park. Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Bathrooms were remodeled tastefully with all the amenities and more that you could need. Brand new washer and dryer which turned out to be very useful. Nice private pool area with plenty of seating, Great place to relax at the end of a long day at Dreams Park. Had a nice outdoor grill, but we did not use. Overall fantastic house in a great location if your kid is playing……

“This is a great little cottage on a very small lake. It was perfect. It's bigger than what you see in the pictures and very well kept. It is right down on the water, although it was ice while were there. LOL It was still perfect for a quiet get away. ”

“Perfect location in a nicely updated 2 bedroom home. Perfect for All Star Village - was so easy to just jump back to the house between games and fantastic to have a kitchen to cook instead of eating out all the time. House was nice and clean, and owners responsive. Can’t ask for much more! Great choice.”
