Stayed here twice for our Cooperstown baseball trips. Place is a great little getaway spot. Quiet area. Matt is an awesome host and does a fantastic job with breakfast. If we make another trip next year, this is where we will be staying!

This was my first time staying at a B&B and I absolutely loved it! It was cute and quaint! The daily breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Matt was an amazing host and made the stay feel like home away from home! If I ever go back to Laurens, I’m definitely staying there again. Thanks for the comforting hospitality!

Matt was a great host, friendly and accommodating. He’s a great guide to what’s going on around the city and that part of the state. The inn itself was very comfortable, well located and a nice break from the usual cookie cutter accommodations. Highly highly recommended.

Amazing staff, room and breakfast. When your looking for a place to stay for your Cooperstown experience I would book your room here. Very reasonably priced, especially compared to others in the area. I would pay the extra for the terracotta room. It was great to have my own bathroom and not have to share. I would stay here again if I were coming to Cooperstown again.

The property is a beautiful old Greek Revival house located in a quiet village. It’s about a quarter mile off the state highway so virtually no traffic sounds. The proprietor is friendly and helpful and prepares the breakfasts fresh (which were DELICIOUS!). The room was spacious and clean. This is an old house and as such does suffer a bit in accessibility. The steps up to the porch could use a bannister, there was no ramp, There was a small step up to access the shared bathroom on the ground floor (2 or 3 inches?). Breakfast appeared to be identical for all guests and I’m not sure if they had any facility for accommodating dietary restrictions. The twin bed in the Red room could do with a mattress topper.

Charming room in a historic house. Friendly host. Simple and satisfying breakfast. Coffee and snacks available 24/7. Friendly cat, who wasn't supposed to be in our part of the house, but for a few minutes, there he was. Entryway and breakfast room has literature about history of village of Laurens and the original owners of the house.

Nice Stay

This was our second year staying here, and once again we had a wonderful experience. Matt and his kids are incredibly welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay.
