I rented a room here for my son and this family including a toddler, because it said they had a crib that they could use that’s why I picked this hotel! He called the day before checked in, asked them if they had cribs he was told yes they did, he told them he was going to need one they said ok.
When he got there and checked in there was No crib in the he called the desk 3x’s they kept saying they would bring on up to the room. When he got back that evening still no crib or pac n play. He went down to the desk they told they didn’t have one, (but the couch pulled out, you can’t put a 16 month on a pull out!!) luckily my niece who lives there had a pac n play!!! The guy at the desk told him “ that it was his problem “ and walked away… If they would have been honest when he called the day before he would have brought the pac n play!!!
Do not stay he with small children!!! They lie.. They need to take it off there listing!!!!
