Front desk staff were great.
The hotel was quite dated. The smell from the dated green carpet was awful as soon as we exited the one elevator to the room. The hallway lighting was very dim. The love seat/sleeper had so many stains on it, maybe left from the previous occupants, who knows. It looks as though there were no attempted to clean before we were allowed to occupy it. We booked this hotel because our regular one was unavailable due to the baseball season
For children. I did not make a complaint with Front desk because I never like to make someone feel bad so my husband and myself still successfully moved our granddaughter back to her dorm successfully and that was our priority . I'm not a pushover but I've learned into my senior years that it wasn't the end of the world.
