“Overall a good stay with great service, location, and facilities. The staff are very professional. That said, I'm disappointed about two things. First, my Expedia Platinum status did not result in the room upgrade I requested. Second, there was no pricing information for the mini-bar items in the room. It’s quite confusing to see a fridge full of items without knowing the cost; I didn't feel comfortable consuming anything until I called to confirm, only to be told that only water/coffee were……

Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “Lovely and clean. Room was modern, had a very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We had a lovey, large balcony on the 6th floor, just a shame the weather meant we didn’t get to use it. The apartments are in a quiet, residential area but not too far from all the attractions and it felt very safe. Staff were also pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.”
