"Had 2 rooms. One had towels, the other did not. Only one bulb in the second room took it to the front desk and asked if we could get another bulb and was told maybe tomorrow. It also didn’t have heat and the toilet seat bracket was broken along with the shower head holder was broken. Breakfast was not very good but the staff was very nice."

Ein paar Klammern zum Aufhängen von Wäsche sowie Wäscheständer und Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind auch vorhanden. Ebenso ein Föhn. Als der Wasserdruck zu niedrig war, wurde dies sofort behoben. "As a family of 6 adults and a baby we were very pleased with this apartment. Plenty of living space with great views, and the location was ideal. The only negative was that the bed in the main bedroom and one of the single beds need new mattresses as were very uncomfortable and creaked badly, making it very difficult to sleep. "

"Large apartment with unobstructed sea views on the 9th floor - it had a lift as it is a relatively new property, despite the listing saying the property has no lifts. It also had a laundry, which is not listed in the amenities. We were very happy about both of these things :) There was an issue with the air conditioning on the first day, but they were very responsive and gave us some portable air conditioners for the bedrooms overnight until it could be fixed the next day. "The staff made this stay excellent - especially Santiago who checked us in and was happy to recommend local eateries for us upon request. The room was spacious and the spa / pool facilities were excellent. There are only few niggles that could do with improvement: the lighting within the room, the availability of room air conditioning year round and a more extensive breakfast (greater fruit availability). That being said, we would definitely return. Truly the staff were so hospitable and kind, and the spa facilities were impressive particularly at the price point. "

"Overall it’s a lovely hotel, clean, pool area is great, bedding is good quality, breakfast is excellent. My only problem on check in was I was given a room on floor 3 which is the restaurant in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The whole floor stank of food. The room was also opposite the lifts which added noise to the experience. I was moved, but just make sure you don’t accept a room on floor 3\. My review would be very different if I’d not been moved "
