“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……

“The staff were amazing and sooo accommodating!! It felt like they could read our minds. We would discuss something and suddenly it would appear or be addressed like magic. An example, at our first breakfast we said to each other “ wouldn’t it be great if we could have omelettes”. Honestly!! A minute later our waitress said “We also offer omelettes” We were mind blown. “its our second year of staying here now and another amazing stay. Its in a good location as well so everything around is pretty well located. Check in process so easy and even messaged the owner ahead of us staying to see if we could check in earlier. Nothing is too much hassle and the owners commiunicate back in a timely manner. “Wonderful hot tub! Clean, well kept apartment. There was a problem with water but it was sorted out immediately, very impressive as it was Christmas Eve! Having a washing machine was such a bonus. The location was excellent, everything we needed was close. We would recommend staying here and plan to return. We felt totally relaxed when we left! Evenings in the tub, under the stars, brilliant!”

“The wifi connection didn't work well. I didn't have enough warm water for bathing in winter time - water is just enough for a quick 5 min shower. The location is great for party people and there are a few bust stops nearby but it's impossible to find a car park. I believe there are better options out there. I wouldn't recommend it.”
