“Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. ”

“雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……

“its our second year of staying here now and another amazing stay. Its in a good location as well so everything around is pretty well located. Check in process so easy and even messaged the owner ahead of us staying to see if we could check in earlier. Nothing is too much hassle and the owners commiunicate back in a timely manner. Lots of local shops around as well and with the facilities at the apartment you can do this trip on a budget. Great stay again and will be back next year.”

“Wonderful hot tub! Clean, well kept apartment. There was a problem with water but it was sorted out immediately, very impressive as it was Christmas Eve! Having a washing machine was such a bonus. “在這裡住了四天，很喜歡這裡，比我們前一天住的飯店感覺還好，不是說設備有多好，而是整個感覺比較請四達，該有的都有。 服務也比較靈活，像是我們比check in時間早，但是有先寄放行李給來清掃的女士，她也很棒的直接把我們的行李放進房間了。 基本上除了這位清掃女士以外，並沒有看到任何其他人了，但是透過hotels.com的app來聯絡管理人，請他幫我印登記證，還有最後一天的寄放行李，也都很快回覆並且很幫忙的。 早餐有很多麵包，水果，水，果汁，這些每天清掃女士都會來補充，也整理好床鋪，清理垃圾與浴室呢。很棒，每天回來都是新的。 尤其這裡轉角旁就有幾間中國超市，賣各式各樣的食品，飲料，酒，甚至3C雜貨，還開到12點呢。 在走出去大馬路上就是主要餐廳街與海景，公車站就在對面，我覺得很方便。 總體來說是個好的體驗，前方就兩排停車格，所以租汽車，或像我們騎機車，都很好停車。”

“its our second year of staying here now and another amazing stay. Its in a good location as well so everything around is pretty well located. Check in process so easy and even messaged the owner ahead of us staying to see if we could check in earlier. Nothing is too much hassle and the owners commiunicate back in a timely manner.
