“Everything was perfect, easy process to rent. Close to Metro lagoons and Tampa area.”

Note: it will not work before check-in time - I was there 5 minutes early and thought I was doing something wrong, but communication is easy and fast so I learned this fact in those 5 minutes. We will be back on our next trip.”

“Overall our stay was fine it was a clean property with a quiet neighborhood there is a few things wrong though the wifi only worked in two rooms he offered to come fix it but i declined it wasnt a big deal i smelled sewer down in the game room with the hint of smoke i sparayed 2 cans of febreeze tryna kill the smell i like how spacious the home was with a few minor fixes i would rent this property again the owner is nice and welcoming also”

“Pool was not adequately heated, pump was not working when we arrived. Overall cleaning was not professionally done as we are charged for. Water bottle left beside bed, rugs in dining room are stained, one toilet seat was very loose ( I tightened it and have pictures). Third rental we have had with Vrbo, others were oustanding. Representative was also hard to reach.pictures).”

“Very clean with new appliances. Bedding was fresh with great pillows. Linens and bath supplies were ample and in great shape. The property owner was diligent in keeping us informed on the power outage. Overall I would look for availability on this property on my next visit. ”
