The location is great, easy to get to downtown Lakeland and surrounding parks.Layout is a bit odd....you access one bedroom either through the first bedroom or a hallway from the laundry room.”

“The room was nice, although a bit small. Great price and location was good and quiet. VERY small refrigerator with miniscule freezer, so we had to discard a few frozen treats we brought with us. Altogether, we give it a good recommendation. ”
