The location is perfect. Tyler is a top-notch innkeeper- incredibly competent and accommodating. We would love to come back and stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Tyler was great - helped with places to eat, welcomed us and communicated throughout our stay. Room is soooo comfortable, with a table next to the window to look out over the ocean. Same view from the extraordinarily comfy bed. Super clean with lots of amenities. Great location too for walking to the water and nearby trails. Breakfast was one of the best I've had - poached egg on sourdough, pear with anise, oatmeal with blueberries and OJ. Even made coffee for us……

“Room was clean but run down a bit, which didn’t bother me, it’s an older building. The breakfast was nice! The people here are nice! The neighborhood did not feel safe! Lots of people riding bikes that looked sketchy. For people with no kids it would be perfectly fine… But the property did have tons of cameras and felt secure, and I never saw homeless people come onto property, but only stayed one night. Other than that the lobby was beautiful and the breakfast and the people who work here were……

“Delightful stay at this historic property. Great communication from the inn keepers with detailed emails and instructions. Mario walked us through the check in process and was extremely accomodating with the rooms for me and my son's stay. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the Carson Mansion directly across the street on a quiet residential cul de sac with some view of the water. Plenty of toiletry supplies in bathroom and a full kitchen with coffee/ tea bar……

“Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. Smart TV with sound bar to watch shows and wind down after a day hiking and exploring the neighborhood. The location can't be beat. Everything is walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights, but look……
