The process of checking in after Expedia was a major hassle involving uploading personal photos etc and since the location is out of most phone signal range it is impossible to get the codes for room entry at the point they suggest. I had to help a couple who could not get in and nobody was answering the phones. This is a very nice well kept place in a great location but the check in process is a disaster.
