“Inside was great. outbuildings and property were not welcoming. front door lock wasn't working so we had to leave unlocked when we were away.”

Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. Centrally located to enjoy Trinidad, Arcata, McKinleyville, etc. We would definitely go back to this property, local contact was friendly, organized and professional. ”

“Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. Smart TV with sound bar to watch shows and wind down after a day hiking and exploring the neighborhood. The location can't be beat. Everything is walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights, but look……

“Disgusting, dirty, infested with bugs, pubes found on bed. Stunk. Shower had urine smell to the point of eyes burning. They tried to air it but did not clean to satisfaction of having people stay there. ”

“The property was conveniently located at the north end of the Avenue of the Giants, so we were able to make our way from Mendocino up to this point for a night before returning back on the scenic route toward the coast and back down to Sonoma.Very conveniently located to restaurants, casino and micro brewery.We truly enjoyed our stay. ”

“Audrey is a great communicator. The place is very nice. Super clean. The distance is nice to downtown. It’s a two bedroom but there is a living room with double pocket doors to close off the room. And in the living room there is a sofa bed. This arrangement worked well for us because there was three of us all wanting our own space. The unit is on a busy-ish street so if you’re sensitive to noise, that may be an issue. The noise was muffled because the windows and walls are well insulated. We……
