热带小岛水疗(Spa)酒店

“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“The room was nice, the staff were excellent - from the two valets, the two different front desk attendees and housekeeping would smile and greet. Only complaint is they will not accept cash in the market store…thought it was still legal tender but I guess businesses have a right to request payment in chickens if they prefer. ”

“Spacious resort hotel, very nice area, just a step out to reach the beach. Note a hair and some stain on the bedding, except that others are good ”
