“We were very content at this property! It is a great location for walking to the main strip of shops & restaurants, with still being calm & quiet (minus the construction project going on at the time, but the owner was very up front about it which we appreciated) We enjoyed walking to the Chinook Pier & some of our favorite places to eat were Lucy's, Kirby House, Snug Harbor, & Morning Star Cafe. Overall we had a great trip in Grand Haven! ”

We also really enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and kayaks. Highly suggest renting this cottage, the owners were great and easy to communicate with. ”

“This is perfect place if you are looking to relax on a lake. Plenty of space in the house, so close to water front. The lake is small - we could paddleboard around the whole thing and small enough to swim in the open waters and feel safe. The water is warm and clear, and perfect for little kids. They can fish right off the dock. Only complaint is the paddle boat and kayaks need a little updating. Kids are already asking when to return. They loved the bunk room!”

“We had an amazing time at this little house on the lake. It easily held our family of 7, plus our sweet golden retriever. We all had so much fun kayaking around the lakes (pup included), lounging in the yard and relaxing in the house. ”

“Perfect location right by the crosswalk and light by the entrance to the state park. Easy walking distance to downtown and harbor. A couple of the cement steps need some attention, but overall condition of unit was great. Maybe add an AC unit of some kind in the second bedroom? Really enjoyed our stay.”

“This was a rather last minute booking, so to find something this perfect to be available was a real surprise. The property had everything we needed, could use some upgrades to the patio furniture ..of the two chairs provided, when we moved the back cushion of one we noticed the entire backing was blown out, and the second one began to crack during our stay, so we had to get creative with borrowing chairs from my brother who fortunately lives in town.
