“I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and our late check out request was not honored. First time that happened. They won’t even give up an hour. Even if they couldn’t offer our request, it would have been nice if they handled it nicely. The customer service we received over the phone when we asked was not friendly at all.”

“room was great very nice bed and lining, breakfast was good. the only issue 10 bucks parking over night, its not a major city in our 3 months tour this is the only place that charged us for parking besides SF. Also al the parking near the front of the hotel is faker parking or for electric car helloo not every one drives an EV ”

“Nice, clean room. Location was convenient to where I needed to go for an appointment. The office was open 24 hours, which accommodated my need to check out very early to catch a particular bus. The refrigerator and microwave were nice touches that other motels don't necessarily provide. Big TV. Random, but: as a home design aficionado, I thought the choice of sort-of-shimmery tiles in the bathroom were very pretty.”
