"The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango."

The stairs getting up to the condo were a little tricky for my young kids and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The place was clean and the location was close to everything we needed. We are grateful to the hosts for the experience. "
