“Very neat and clean condo and we never heard any neighbors around us. It was easy to get downtown from our place, which was important for us.”

“Amazing communication, lovely space, love the neighborhood!”

“Very beautiful place will definitely stay here again”

“Property was as advertised, for most part. They were clear about the 42 stairs to get to the space, so don't ignore that. It is a real issue if you do not like, or are unable, to walk up steps! But was clearly stated prior to going so not a surprise for us.Overall, it's a good space and fit our needs. In a good location. There are two reasons it did not get five stars from us: First, some of the appliances need updated, primarily television in the living room and oven, which had burner issues.……

“Super clean. Great location only minutes away from downtown and Fort Lewis College. Quiet. Gorgeous views of the La Platas and golf course made for spectacular sunsets.”

“Very clean, cozy and welcoming. It was a very hot summer and we were SO grateful for the pool and a/c. The hot tub didnt work- but like I said, it's SO hot here, we didnt mind. They had everything we needed- including pool towels and pool games. We will absolutely be back. This was our kids favorite spot od the trip. ”

I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30……

“The property is located in the beautiful mountains surrounded by a golf course. The room was nicely updated and comfortable. The restaurant at the golf club has excellent food and great views of the mountains with outside seating. Check in and communications with the hosts were excellent. Highly recommended stay. Rich”

“The property is well maintained and isn't too far from Durango. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and cohesive design of the loft! It's obvious the host has put a lot of thought into what guests may need from the well stocked coffee bar to the remote controlled blinds. Clear instructions and communication with host.”
