"The property is built in the mission architecture style that is warm and inviting. Staff was helpful whenever I had questions. There was wine tasting in the main building from one of the local vineyards that I hadn’t visited before. The wines were delicious and went to downtown Sonoma to buy. I ate in the bar and spa. Food was fresh and well prepared. What I think the property should add are walking gardens. We did get the massages at the spa. The spa features the warm mineral water from under the property. That was enjoyable to partake. What I think the property should invest in are walking gardens. The grounds are primarily just buildings (rooms, spa, main entrance) with outdoor pool and fire pit seating areas. Gardens would enhance the spa atmosphere. Sonoma downtown is about 2 miles from the property. We did walk to the downtown, but there are sections without sidewalk. So, the walk was not as pleasant as it could have been. I learned later that the hotel has a trolley to downtown. Overall, the hotel is in a beautiful location in a quiet setting. "

"Great staff, easy access, decent rooms. Would stay here again. Our room seemed to be kind of on the older end in the very back but was very convenient and great. The staff was so kind, each and everyone we encountered was amazing! "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable and felt safe. Nice to know there were amenities there that I might use in a longer stay. I was just there for one night and really appreciated the late check out after a late gig that I had to play in Berkeley."

"Beautiful property! Incredibly clean outside and inside! Staff is incredibly helpful and polite! I couldn’t get my TV to work on night #2 and unfortunately the engineer had gone home for the night so we were changed to a different room! Turns out there were 2 remotes and I didn’t see where the 2nd remote was. The next day when I told the staff member at the desk he laughed and said “No big deal…I should’ve asked more questions” We decided to stay an additional night because we’re having so much fun! The hotel is RIGHT across the street from 6 Flags Amusement Park which makes my life incredibly convenient. "
