“Room was nice. You could tell it was updated. My order of desert...the cast iron chocolate chip cookie was burt and hard as a rock. I ordered it to go 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. It was a total waste of $15”

“Elizabeth and Casey were wonderful in the planning phase as concierges for the hotel. Then upon arrival later at night, Riley was the absolute best as I tried to make things easy for me and my family travelling with a disabled individual. She went above and beyond to make the process of checking in easy and rearranged our rooms to make them close together. She was kind and patient and it was a pleasure to work with her at the front desk!”
