Walkable to lots of shops, restaurants, coffee etc. neighboring areas of BV and Leadville were fun to explore as well. Easy access to tons of hikes in the area. A couple issues/suggestions: Rattan rug in living room is torn, slippery and it was a nuisance to open the doors over it. A fall hazard for sure. Dryer did not work and could not find instructions. "We loved our weekend at Fox Den, which has the best mountain views. We didn't see any wildlife, but they are said to have bobcat, deer, elk, turkey, and even a moose family in the area! We'll just have to go back again to see the animals ;) The house is amazing and the area/property is very quiet - just what we were looking for. It's ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway. We can't recommend this destination enough!!! "

"The Stupa Cottage was truly a special gem. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in in the country actually. Incredibly peaceful and welcoming. I wish I was able to stay for much longer, the couple days was not nearly enough! The property was very clean, the kitchen was pretty perfectly well equipped and thought through.
