“I do not mind paying a little extra for having an individual cabin/cottage. This is what I thought I would be getting. Not knowing that the unit would be attached to another. Luckily there was no one next door but being right on the main road, it was very noisy because of the restaurant across the street. Street people coming out to their vehicles being loud was about the only negative. But overall it was a good stay , next time I'll ask for one of the units in the back that are not attached to……

“The cottage was a very cute, clean place to stay and was in walking distance of Old Town and the CSU transit center which was important to us. The oven that is listed in the amenities is a microwave convection oven not a conventional oven, if that matters to you. The space outside the cottage is very lovely to sit and have coffee or eat a meal. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This was the best stay that I’ve had in several years! The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, especially given that I messed up the date of my reservation. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well stocked with everything that we needed. There’s nothing that I would suggest for improvements! I would absolutely stay here again anytime that I’m in the area!”

“This was a charming little house that was extremely clean, and there were many things that showed attention to detail. There were laundry pods, hand lotion, all the little things that made it very easy to live in. We did have trouble figuring out the heat and cooling a little bit, but otherwise it was really a nice place to say.”
