“The place is very unique. You feel as if you are staying in the middle of the forest. Older building with older plumbing. We rented 2 rooms. First room a/c was great. 2nd room, the a/c was not responding to the thermostat. It was too cold. They said they would fix-they did not. Offered a couple of blankets. loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying nature. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. Limited to typical buffet items-scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They had a waffle maker. I……

“We booked the jacuzzi room. Arrived around 11p. There was some confusion since we'd paid thru Expedia. We were given room keys while staff sorted it out. Room cooled off quickly. Clean. Bed was comfy. Door bolt would not latch and no door bar. I know the area so that wasnt a big deal. It's not a froo froo place. It's a nice hotel to have a good soak and a peaceful sleep.”

“This cabin was 100% the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Adorable, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. ”

“Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost ”

“i stayed in this cabin to enjoy hiking in the gorge. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for the term of my stay. Checking in and out was very convenient. Communication with the host was very accommodating. It was a bit of a drive each day to and from my hiking destinations but i would not necessarily allow that to hinder my decision to return to this cabin in the future.”
