"We really enjoyed staying at this motel. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable for our stay 🙌 The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. The location is great — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature There are nice barbecue areas on the property with mountain views, and at night you can see an amazing starry sky We would definitely come back and stay at Toiyabe Motel again :)"

"Booked an accessible room for wheelchair. I was called the morning of checkin and told we couldn't have it because the lock was broken. I asked if they could call someone to fix it and was told no, because they were getting ready to change all the locks anyway. It was a busy weekend because of a concert (which we had tickets for) and no other rooms were available. We were offered a regular non-accessible room with no other compensations. We stayed because there was literally no other room available in the area. After my wife hurt her back trying to help me get our son into the tiny toilet room, we decided we couldn't stay any longer plus we could not give him a bath so we checked out early. We were told we would have to forfeit our money for the room. We could only complain to Expedia if we didn't like it and no owner was available to complain to. In short, we didn't get the specialized room that we needed, booked, and confirmed. No compensation was offered other that being moved to a regular room. No refund for the unused day since we had to check out early. We have stayed at this hotel before, I will never make that mistake again."

"Motel check-in occurs at the CVI casino two block away. I saw no staff on site at the motor Lodge. We were replaced in a second story room. There are no elevators. While the room was clean enough, it clearly showed significant signs of wear and tear that had not been addressed. The door to our room was damaged and required some force to get open and closed. Only one of the key cards we were provided worked on the door and eventually, the other one stopped working as well. This venue needs to put more details in their listing, so that folks are aware of the distance between the motor Lodge and the casino. There’s no shuttle service provided. They also need to make sure people understand there’s no elevators which means you are carrying luggage up and down stairs. Lastly, they need to put some time and money into upkeep. I will not be staying at this motel again."
