“I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t. It cost us $12 just to make a u-turn. Do……

“This property is screaming, “Please update me!”. 1960s stained, worn furniture, dirty, navy blue shag carpet, attempted cover up of mold in the shower with silicone, stained towels, and overall just not clean. Almost took my shoulder out of the socket trying to open and close most doors. The ONLY amenities are a small refrigerator and microwave. On the flip, if you want someplace quiet at night, well, if no place else is available, I guess this place will do. The gentleman at the front desk was……

“If you are looking for a simple place to flop for the night then this place may work for you. I have travelled all over the country and have stayed in some 2-3 star places but not like this one. It would take to much space to list all the things that were very poor about this property. Chris the front desk clerk was the best part of the stay. He acknowledged our need to move to the first level and he accommodated that beautifully. I can honestly say that the parking lot appeared to have not……

“The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. The bed was very comfortable though and shower was nice and……
