韦斯利礼拜堂水疗(Spa)酒店

“They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. Staff at front desk extremely rude. The filth on a can opener. And no amenities. Pool was closed. I feel like sending the……

“住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品”

“First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed……

“Home was listed as available on Expedia booked around 8 am never got check in instructions figured since 3PM was check in time I would get a email with details then…….. NOPE considering I live 3 hours away I called the property to find out this home was available never got a phone call a email or anything I’m sure the property was notified of the booking hours prior just like hotels get the booking almost immediately but still never got any communication spent 4 Hours on the phone with Expedia……
