“This home was a nice place for our family to stay in the Washington DC area. The Silver Springs location is close to the Beltway, 16th Street, and the Silver Springs Metro stop making getting to DC attractions easy.The owner communicates very well. My wife has several allergies and the home was cleaned well and my wife had no issues during our stay.”

“Modern, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to restaurants, grocery, Metro station. Small, thoughtful amenities made our family's stay even more special. Snacks left for our arrival, board games, books across all genres and for all ages were made available. Would definitely stay again.”

“This beautiful house was exactly as described in the listing. The decor throughout was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our stay. The homeowner made sure the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, glassware, utensils, etc. needed to prepare and enjoy our meals. Plus we were close to many local DC attractions. My family and I especially enjoyed the backyard pool. We would definitely stay here again.”

“First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to……

“House was very accomidating and in a beautiful neighborhood. Very pleased with everything.”

“Nice, safe, functional home in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Clean, well-stocked, with plenty of room for our family. Host quickly responded to questions and kept us updated when the cleaner was late in having the property ready. One of the neighbors parked their vehicle in front of the house in such a way that their vehicle took up both parking spots; necessitating us looking further down the block for parking. Noisy HVac, but it was mentioned in the paperwork and no surprise in an older home.……

The home was clean, bright, well-appointed, and perfectly tucked away—yet still close to everything we needed. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 75, and the house was far more comfortable and accommodating than a hotel would have been. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the entire stay was seamless. We're truly happy we booked it!”
