"I booked this home for a weekend stay because the listing specifically said birthday parties and gatherings were allowed. "Overall the home did its job, however there were several small issue that added up. When we arrived none of the garbage cans had bags in them, we had to search the house for bags and eventually found 1 small roll of bags. Also, when we arrived, there were linens inside of the dryer and soaking wet linens in the washing machine. We used several spin cycles to get the linens dry enough to put in the dryer but we couldnt use the washer during our trip becuase it was in poor condition and left...

"Overall worst experience I have had in a rental. The house was in terrible shape - flooring unfinished, patches in drywall that were not painted, scrapes and wear all over the place. Furniture was heavily worn down, sheets and towels were in bad shape overall. Fixtures in bathroom were loose and felt like they were about to break. Host was not very helpful in the process, slow to respond to messages, and unsympathetic to the issues. "
