“The room was nice with some modern touches. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly even during our late check in after midnight. And the trainee at the time did very well. It is an older property but has been managed very well. The continental breakfast was the weakest link during our visit. Not much of anything on offer. We decided not to eat there. Otherwise, for a reasonable nights stay, check it out.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was slow because of staffing. But Thomas worked as fast as he could to get us all checked in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Having the breakfast and bar area is a nice touch. Pool was awesome and refreshing. Very close to anything you may need in terms of gas, food, emergencies. Also centrally located in Maine. Great spot to explore all around Maine and have this be home base.”

“Our stay at Blueberry Fields was magical! It is a quiet out of the way property. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. It has a large dining room with delicious breakfast and dinner on request. The front porch is spacious and overlooks the blueberry fields. They owners maintain 4-5 hummingbird feeders and they are very active. You can hang with coffee or wine and watch the birds or the sunset. I recommend you give it a try.”

“This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”

“Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff……
