The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I encountered a problem: the room had no windows with any outside view. I understand that the property offered rooms with views of the bay and ocean at a much higher price, but I opted for a less expensive option and didn't mind forgoing the view. There was no indication anywhere that the room wouldn't have a window overlooking the outside, except for one window that faced the hallway. In all my experiences staying in hotels, I had never come across a room that lacked a window to the outside.
