“The apartment was cute and in a good location, but it became clear that the building is still under construction and not yet completed. The elevator being not operational yet meant hauling luggage up four flights of stairs, which would be manageable if the only staircase wasn’t narrow marble and covered in drywall dust making it slippery and difficult to navigate. Once inside the room, which was cute, there were a number of issues. Several outlets did not work, the non-adjustable shower head...

“My family had an excellent experience in these newly built townhomes in the heart of the up and coming St. Elmo village. The owner was very helpful with adjusting the dates of our stay, and - being a real person - actually answered the phone when we had an issue with the initial access. Great location.”

“Excellent location and cute place. Not the owners fault, but the elevator was broken and out of commission and this is on the 4th floor. I’m disabled so this added a layer of challenge I wasn’t expecting. It’s also located directly next to the entrance to the 4th floor and it was loud with people coming and going. The condo was well-appointed and I appreciated the level of security in the building. Parking was super easy and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I definitely recommend...

“We didn’t plan to use the pool but I think it was closed some during our stay. King suite was fine except bed and pillows tooo soft for me and bedroom TV remote didn’t work well (maybe needs new batteries) - sofa in living area a little worn and uncomfortable for sitting too long. Not as close to downtown as we had hoped for walking but their free gated parking lot is great.”
