“Check-in was stressful. We did not receive the key code in advance and had to wait outside for a long time with small children. We called multiple times but didn't get helpful assistance.
The property itself needs some maintenance in the kitchen — the available pans were old and badly scratched, and the freezer drawers were broken and heavily iced over, making it unusable. With better communication and some kitchen updates, it could be much better.”
