"Super late check-in, but staff was really great. The shuttle took forever to pickup from the terminal - almost an hour waiting outside. but the shuttle back to the airport was pretty quick. I only stayed for 5 hours, but it was a nice room, closeby, and great checkin experience. I tried online checkin, but it wasn’t available - maybe because I booked with Expedia. That would be an improvement and imagine 30 guests on the shuttle all rushing to checkin, the wait can be long. "

"The line to check in was incredibly long. My kids and I waited about 35 minutes just to get checked in. After finally receiving our room and going upstairs, we discovered that the hot water was not working, the toilet would not flush, and the phone in the room was also not working. I then had to go back downstairs and wait in the long line all over again just to get the room changed. What was most disappointing was that there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience or make the situation better for my family. Instead of offering an upgrade or any type of accommodation, we were simply moved to another similar room. I understand that issues can happen, but I expected more effort to help make things right, especially considering the inconvenience and the fact that I was there with my children."

"The breakfast is top notch and the overall price is comparable to other hotels that don’t provide breakfast. Close to LAX, too. You can’t go wrong especially if you have a young kid with you."

"Love staying here just wish they would update main lobby and pool cushions. So many people stay here the outlets in main lobby won’t hold your phone charger."

"After The first night all beds were made and they brought up sheets for the sofa bed. The second nothing was made and the third night one bed was made. I did not ask for housekeeping up they came in any way. First night was great but just wished they hadn’t made the one bed on the third night. Other than that our trip was great. Granddaughter loved the pool area and movie night. It was so nice to have a good breakfast before we started our day at the park."
