"First, $74 dollars to self park!!! And they were not helpful or friendly. Told us to go down a long hall to the end for elevators and then we did. No elevators. Carrying 4 bags. No bell hop. No one to help at all. It was the worst bed I have ever slept on and paid a premium to do it! As a travel agent, I won’t be recommending this place to my clients."

"We didn’t eat there. Pay attention to room size because our room is very small, but it worked for us. The price was perfect on Expedia if your platinum member. Ours was only for one night, but I do advise if you stay more than one night. Definitely get a bigger room than we had. Everyone there was very polite."

"Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Made the room humid. Someone was sent to “fix” the air conditioner and they changed the ac filter that wasn’t even the issue. The repair guy said it’s an old building and all the rooms would be the same. No one did anything to help this matter. The hotel is only nice downstairs at the lobby the rooms are terrible. "
