“Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not……

“This studio was clean, cute, nicely arranged and stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment and had plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs and utensils for eating and cooking. It even had spices, baggies for food storage, and plenty of cleaning supplies as well. I really appreciated the water purifier with a separate faucet in the sink for drinking water. There was a gallon container of cold purified water in the refrigerator that we refilled and drank……

“When we showed up the apartment was like 95 degrees inside. Then to come fine out there was no AC. Messaged the host and they said they had fans and ceiling fans. Go and turn on the fans and they just blew dust everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

We arrived to find dirty floors, dust, used kitchen sponges, laundry left in the washing machine, missing household items, and an unusable sofa bed that was severely sagging. The biggest issue was the sleeping arrangements. We booked this property expecting proper beds, but spent the first night on a sofa that was not suitable for sleeping. An air mattress was later provided, but that is not what we paid for. The property manager was polite and……
