“Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. The carpet could use cleaning or replacing; off white must be hard in a vacation rental. We did have to ask about how to get in the gate of parking garage, and even after following instructions for a few different options, we had to go with the original suggestion of waiting for another resident to open the……
