“Host was kind and understanding!”

“BAIT AND SWITCH! From New Sweet Little Cabin, to a room in the basement! Except for a text shortly before my arrival, the host, Regina, did not communicate that there had been a change. I arrived expecting to be in my own private cabin. Instead I was led through the hosts house, down some stairs to a room in her basement. This was totally unacceptable. I was left scrambling for alternative accommodations at 9:30PM during high travel season in Alaska. Regina blamed the agency which is nonsense,……

“The hostess was very helpful and welcoming, she let us know how to find the aurora forecast and we got to see it right from our cabin. The cabin itself was also very nice and accommodating, we’ll most definitely stay again and longer next time.”

“Absolutely perfect! Very clean and everything was put together nicely . Bed and sheets and pillows can always be a deal breaker but in this case they were a stand out! I spend half my year traveling spending time in many hotels and VRBO homes. I have stayed in many in that area and this will always be my go to place when in town. Owners were on top of communication and have a done a great job with their property! ”
