阿拉斯加的民宿

“Very cute looking, like an old church. Not easily accessible to seniors and handicapped. Rooms were on second floor and no elevator. No one to help with luggage, one woman said “I’m the only one here.” Grounds were very uneven and stairs had thick carpet, not easy to roll on. Breakfast buffet was very basic, make your own waffle or toast, etc.. There was a very overt religious undertone to the place which could make non-Christian people uncomfortable. Beds were hard like a concrete slab. No……

“curious place historic so the external bathroom was an understandable feature. Shutting everything at 4pm was not what I expected however! A hotel that charges a high price to stay (at least in my books) but provides no restaurant or bar in the evening when the rooms are all full is not trying hard enough. No explaination from the owner other than it is what it is! Luckily his attitude was more than compensated by the other staff, particularly those at breakfast who helped you start the day with……
