“Our stay fell short due to several basic hospitality oversights which affected comfort and convenience. The hot tub, an amenity we specifically sought out, was not working, and although we were told it would be serviced, we never received an update or apology. If a hot tub is advertised, guests should be able to rely on it being operational upon arrival.Other practical misses included no light above the entry door and a gravel walkway that made rolling luggage difficult, if not impossible....

“Wonderfully situated, 7-8min walk to everything you need on Wilton Drive: restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and coffee. Host was incredibly accommodating and available as needed. Easy check-in/check out process. On a quiet street. Perfectly cozy and a great place to rest. Highly recommend. ”

“Don’t think we would stay again, had a stink to it and we saw the cleaning crew clean before we came in, friend cut his foot on the shower, the sheets in one bedroom had stains, overall dirty, hairs all over, overpriced for one night, someone came into the unit without warning and left door unlocked apparently to fix wifi without telling us.”

Couch was dirty and old looking. Bathroom tub seal leaked water collecting under shower enclosure and like stepping on a surfboard. Lamps in bedroom cords hanging and potential tripping hazard.
