“We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised.
When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone.
The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. And, upon arrival from the event later in the evening, there were no parking spaces available without sufficient help from staff to rectify the situation. The rooms were nice-but there’s no……

“Great space, very much as described. The AC malfunctioned one night which was a bummer, but then righted itself. Also, the coffee maker needs an upgrade, it's like a tiny knock off Keurig with no instructions and it didn't stop on its own - coffee just kept pouring out. Seems like they could put something better in this upgraded space.”

“The apartment and location were exactly as described, and communication was excellent. The host provided very clear and helpful directions regarding how to access the key fob from the lockbox on the building, even providing a YouTube video showing how the lockboxes operate, which was critical. The only negatives for me were that there were multiple air fresheners in use in the apartment, which I found off-putting, being sensitive to chemicals. Additionally, out of the host's control, the……

“Great space! Clean and up to date. We got lucky and found a parking spot right in front sometime around 4:15pm. Instructions were clear on how to get in. Getting an Uber was fast and easy in the area. We plan to return next year to this same listing. Very happy we tried this out when we normally stay at a hotel. Highly recommend.”

“They say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This was a GREAT place to stay!! The location was close to everything!! A 4 minute walk to the Summerfest grounds (attended The Pulse-Health & Wellness event that was FREE), we ate, shopped and wined all over the Third Ward (walked), we found a great weekend in and out parking for the weekend for 8 on Spothero (Italian Communith parking lot) with in and out privileges included with parking, it took us less than 10 minutes and was an easy drive to go to……

“Very good location! If you're there for the Brewers, it's walking distance to the bars to get free shuttles the games. It's easily walking distance to the marina on the lake and the Summerfest grounds. We parked and walked to our destination. There is a nice grocery store, a couple cafes, and a couple restaurants nearby. The only negative is the towel situation which they have correctly listed. I wish they would leave more than one set for peeps there longer than 3 days.”
