“I'll be honest with you. I'd give it a 2. Not really what I'd expect from a Hilton. Hotel is clean and nice. No issue there. Service has been lacking. I'll give you a couple examples: 1. We ordered a turkey club sandwich from the Blue. It was honestly something I could make in my kitchen. It was served on wheat bread and not multigrain too. Not a huge issue but really made the sandwich pedestrian. 2. We got a gazebo at the pool. We did not get greeted by a server until 1130am. We went to the……

“Did not have hot water for two days, power went out in middle of night for two-three hours. Staff was also quick to help when needed. For example, we also were unable to use Roku and they gave us remote quickly. But there was no Roku box or stick there to be able to watch.”

“The stay was okay overall, but there were several issues. There is no free parking, which was disappointing. The ice machine was broken during my stay. Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, there was a strong smell of marijuana near the elevator and coming from the room next door. The odor was so strong that I had to place two wet towels under my door to help keep the smell out of my room. Check-in was smooth, but the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming.
