“The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. ”

“I was in Peterborough for business. The Riverhouse is convenient and I have stayed there before. Check-in was difficult. It is not the fault of Riverhouse that my phone blocked the text with code information as spam, but it took half an hour of phone calls to Expedia and to the off-site manager to enable us to check in to our room. The room was comfortable, but the amenities are inadequate. The Riverhouse was aware that there were two people staying in the room for two nights, yet provided one...

“Nice place to stay. Only thing I will say is I noticed there was noise machines in every room and after hearing the guests downstairs slam doors and could hear them walking at night, I now know why! Kids had fun playing the games and I did enjoy the keurig. Didn't have enough time to try the hot tub. Didn't want to make too much noise at night outside. As it's a very quiet neighborhood.”
