“We had just a very short one-night stay. The reception desk employee at check-in was friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. It did take us awhile to figure out how to make the TV work when we returned late from our event and just wanted to catch the local news and weather before going to sleep. In our particular room, it required the switch by the room door to be in the "on" position. A note or placard in the room explaining that would have been handy.”

“I booked this because I wanted to swim in the waterpark, however, the waterpark was closed Wednesday - Friday. I booked it for Wednesday and when I booked it they never said it was going to be closed for those days. It would have been nice to know that before I booked it.”
