“Front desk staff was pleasant on arrival. We were assigned a room that the outside door lock could not be operated with a key card. It was nearly at the opposite corner of the building from the only operating exterior door into the lobby (mind you it was single digits with -20 wind chill). Staff then said that the outside door did not work. Would’ve been nice to know. We were then assigned a different room a couple of doors down that had a trick to close the outside door. Better than the……

“Welcoming staff. Room had a very strong air freshener smell like it was trying to cover up an oder. I notice the details and saw that there were a couple hairs in the tub, smears on the mirror, hairdryer not secured in its cradle, and white spots on the bed skirt near the wall, like a drink had been spilled. This just tells me the cleaning staff hurried through the steps without care. The carpet and chair gave a grungy feel to the room. Some people might overlook all this but don't so I wont be……

“Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean but bathroom fan didn’t work and I could smell mold. I have a bloodhound nose so maybe not everyone would care. Front desk was concerned and made note for maintenance. There is a grow house and dispensary next door. The outside had strong odor from that but inside DID NOT Smell at all. They have coffee machine available 24/7. I love that! Breakfast was as good as I expect. With potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, breads, etc. ……
