“Very noisy staff entered room without permission ”

“Room was very dirty upon arrival. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. The fridge was unplugged and there was some sort of feces looking substance on the walls. Did not feel safe in the area. The clerk at the front didn’t seem to care about the room’s condition, and assured us that Expedia would refund us if we wanted to leave, which we did. The pricing also was WAY above what was offered.”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere……

“If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. All i got to say is my lawyer wants me to sue, even though he knows i don't like doing that. They return my money and i will not. So the balls in there court... Sincerely, Charles B. Dull”
