“Nice and very helping staff”

“Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem.……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Main Street Inn in Lowell, Michigan. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and a great place to relax. One of our favorite features was the deck right outside the room, overlooking the Flat River—it was such a peaceful and beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view. The location is also fantastic, with downtown Lowell and its restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to drive. Overall, the……

“Great location! Great communication with host David. Very clean and love the decor/woodwork. Will be back to stay when in Lake Odessa.”

“The house was very clean and tidy. The check-in was seamless. We attended our son’s wedding in a nearby town. It was nice to venture out to some local establishments before leaving. It was really nice to be able drink our coffee in the morning watching the wildlife outside the patio window (chipmunks playing & a small deer grazing in early mornings). The area was quiet and relaxing. This location was perfect for privacy/seclusion. We were extremely happy and hope to return someday.”

“Great price for a comfortable hotel”

“This was a great place for us to stay with our dog while visiting family nearby. Very clean and it had everything we needed! It was nice having a private patio to sit outside.”

“This little cabin was the absolute perfect place to stay! So charming and probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!!”

“We were here with our 4 grandchildren. We had a great time, the house was clean, the beds comfortable. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, which our host Michael called a professional and had it fixed for us that evening.”

“We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the secluded location. The sounds of the woods were truly relaxing — birds, insects, hens, rooster, and horses made us feel a part of nature and totally removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The Roku TV was easy to use with a laptop to stream our movie apps, and the 75" screen added to the viewing pleasure. It was comforting and welcoming, to the point that we're already planning our next stay.”

“Everything about this home was perfect for a girls trip to Rock the Country concert! House was stocked with everything we needed and more! Plenty of space, very clean & chic vibe!! We all love it!!”

“House was so cozy and clean, the property was beautiful and the host was so nice and accommodating. She had information about different restaurants, stores and things to do near by, had print outs about things around the house and a check out list to help everything go smoothly, she even had a generous wine basket set up when we first got there and even had cinnamon rolls for in the morning.”

“The condition of the property upon our arrival was unacceptable, unsanitary, and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Our group of six arrived at the property, unloaded our belongings, and began walking through the home. We understood from the host that any concerns needed to be reported within the first hour of arrival, so we immediately inspected the property.Within minutes, we discovered numerous serious issues, including:* One of the advertised beds was not a mattress at all,……

“Very rough around the edges for the cost. Home not in great shape. Fridge wouldn’t keep contents cold. Backyard and screened in porch need work. ”
