Jeremiah was friendly, responded quickly, and absolutely great! The apartment was huge, bright and clean and we were so happy to have had this home-away-from-home for a week. Centrally located and loved staying here!

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.
