We were fortunate that live entertainment was on that evening that added to the atmosphere. A simple breakfast is provided in the room. We used the local eateries for our evening meal, most within walking distance. Altogether a lovely stay. I needed an overnight stay on my way to London and booked a night's stay in this pub with rooms. Easy to park and had a warm friendly welcome and offered a decent sized room well appointed and clean. No food was available, however, only a short walk from several other pubs serving food and good restaurants who can look after you. Breakfast wasn't available, however, they leave some very tasty breakfast snacks for you in the room wit plenty of tea and coffee. I would gladly stay there again without hesitation.
