"We stayed at the house in the Winter and had the pool heated. Kids enjoyed the pool all weekend long. Very spacious and secluded from other homes, yet only a 10 minute drive to grocery store and other shops. "

"We really enjoyed our week stay over Christmas! Everything was exactly as described and the host provided instructions, which made it easy to operate everything around the home. The outdoor spa was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. The host kindly checked in after the first day to make sure everything was up to par. Would definitely stay again!"

"Convenient location, cute home, had everything we needed. Very spacious house and the backyard was very nice. But while the kitchen appliances were retro looking and cute, they weren’t functional for my family’s needs. I couldn’t get the oven to work, my pizza from the market didn’t fit in the compact fridge, and the microwave had Roman numerals on the dials for settings but I didn’t know that the settings meant. I had to just set the timer and hope for the best. Communication with the property manager was also causing me anxiety. I was supposed to receive the check in info 24 hours before my arrival but it never arrived. The day of my trip, I called the number I was sent, left them text messages and sent messages via the hotels.com app. No response. I contacted hotels.com customer service and they were unable to reach the property manager as well. I arrived to Joshua tree thinking I was going to have to book a hotel room when I finally received a message with check in info 3.5 hours before my check in time! "
