I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance and attention to such basic amenities.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests.

There is no other quiet pool and poolside bar set up like this in Palm Springs. Wendy, Cathy and Eric all provided amazing poolside and in dining experiences. There are always enough loungers for registered guests use only.. no wild parties… just relaxation and romance. This place is the best! They have Labo products in the room, gave us complimentary macaroons.. and a brass name plate to take home.
