"We loved our stay and the hospitality at Field Station! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating and even had sight seeing suggestions and even best places for star gazing! The pool and jacuzzi were nice and cool! There were games and places to chill outside the room. The room was spacious and very nice and clean. We loved it so much we extended our stay an additional day! We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"How star skies show on painting and television was a dream of ours and this location made it come true!It feel like its in the middle of no where with lots of bumpy dirty riads which will make you question about having a four wheeler or a big truck or suv. DOUBLE CHECK EMAIL & MESSAGES FOR PROPER ROUTE! If not given contact host.Once you make it with the code that they tell you before you get in you will instantly feel at ease. The floors and cool concrete which is perfect for the summer. Empty yet full of good energy with random pieces of art and funture near by. There is one restroom on the side and two comfortable bedrooms separate. The kitchen is in the middle and living room right there is the back with comfortable seats table and a record player with lots of records to choose from!Sliding the glass door to the back there is a beautiful view with jacuzzi, metal tub, outdoor table, bbq grill and seats and a fire pit. You want firewood? No problem! They have a little convenience store not too far where you can buy firewood, charcoal and other things you typically find in a liquor store ot 7-ELEVEN[but! no fresh hot food! Remember that you are staying in a dessert stay. There are wild plants and animals(including bugs) so do NOT be surprised to see little critters around when you turn on the light to the restroom or wake up in the morning to find a little uninvited guest in the kitchen.Jacuzzi? Amazing! Looking at the stars outside? Out of this world!Lovely stay."

"This property offers breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, and valley views, creating a truly remarkable setting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub extensively, relaxing in the cooler evenings with stargazing and even witnessing a shooting star. The house maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the hot July months. All appliances and the BBQ were fully functional, making meal preparation easy for our group of nine, with quality utensils, plates, bowls, and cups.Finding accommodations suitable for nine adults, two elderly family members, and two large indoor dogs was challenging, but Sunset House made it possible. It provided five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and generous prep areas, ensuring we were never crowded. The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy scenic views from almost anywhere inside.My first experience communicating with the FIELDTRIP team was very positive—prompt, friendly, and helpful, earning a five-star rating. We loved the daily hot tub, games, air hockey table, ample pool towels, and user-friendly washer and dryer. Parking for four cars and full house and garage access were appreciated. We hope to return; our stay was truly magical."

"We had a wonderful time. The home is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The main living area is spacious with a large couch, two comfortable recliners and much more. The large screen in the living room was excellent.The AC works very well and did not have any difficulty keeping the place amazingly comfortable even with the outside temp above 110 degrees. We only used one of the three bedrooms, but all of them are well furnished, comfortable and with a separate TV in each. Unfortunately (for us) this was a quick trip, and we did not have time to enjoy the wonderful pool (w/Spa) or the back yard, but we are certainly looking forward to enjoying them on our next trip to JTNP.The host is excellent. Very communicative with super rapid responses to all questions. The supplemental information on the area that was excellent. Most appreciated were the concise and simple check-out instructions, which included the (short) list of things to double check before leaving. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great property, would stay again. Only slight complaint is that the pictures of the backyard don't show that neighbors can see into the backyard on either side. It's not a private backyard. "
