“Definitely kids kind of place. I don’t know how any hotel can keep up with the wear and tear of children. It’s pretty visible.”

“Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay.”

“Neither the sink or shower drained properly. One bed was so damaged that is kept flopping off and the other had an extremely loud squeak from the slightest movement. The room smelled of mold with the AC on. It was not a positive experience. One positive is the bedding was clean”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. Every person I encountered on staff, including the front desk was available and friendly. The entire hotel was clean, including the outside. We especially love the coffee machine, and if there was a negative it would be that we couldn’t get up early enough for what seems like would be a delicious breakfast because it was over by 8:30 instead of nine . really impressed with our first stay. We come to the area 2 to 3 times a year to visit family and will be……

“I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. So I walked my lazy butt down to the front desk and watched how overworked the one person was. Since she was overworked, I waited for her to finish with other customers told her my problem we……

“Only rated ok bc had our dog with us and it’s possible that they just let the room go bc it is marked for pets. The room smells of cat urine, lots of stains on lower bed. We travel with our dogs and have only 1 or 2 places worse than this room. Even lamps were crooked and really stained. Bathroom was fine. Really needs needs better cleaning treatments, new bedding, fix the lamps. Really no reason for a pet room to smell or look like this”
